Position: 
Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a stunning, remote setting? At The Outpost, we’re seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Housekeeper & Server. In this dual role, you’ll ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable environment while delivering outstanding dining service. If you’re a team player with an eye for detail and a love for hospitality, we’d love to have you aboard! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Restock amenities, towels, and linens as needed.
• Set up, serve, and clear meals in the dining room with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Address guest needs promptly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Interact warmly and professionally with guests, providing exceptional service at all times.
• Assist with other property-related tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, serving, or both is an asset.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks and schedules.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.

Additional Details:

• This is a seasonal position based on Haida Gwaii, British Columbia. 
• Contracts run from May to mid-September, totaling approximately 4.5 months.
• Room and board are provided, as well as flights to and from Vancouver.
